YO (yo.xyz http://yo.xyz) is the yield engine for the crypto economy, a unified layer that connects capital to the best risk-adjusted yield across DeFi. It’s the last vault you’ll ever need. YO continuously reallocates assets across DeFi to maximize yield. You deposit and YO does the rest. YO is backed by Paradigm, Haun, Hack VC, Solana and Circle and built by the exponential.fi http://exponential.fi team. As the Ecosystem Lead, you will own YO's ecosystem-driven growth strategy, driving adoption of our infrastructure across the broader application landscape. You will own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships. The Opportunity

- Design and own our end-to-end ecosystem strategy
- Start with us from ground zero Who you are
- 3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or web3 infra
- Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems
- You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships
- Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams
- Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield
