Head of Engineering, Supply Chain

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Engineering, Supply Chain based in India. This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling the software infrastructure behind large-scale physical device operations. You will own the technical strategy for inventory, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and repair-management platforms supporting millions of devices. The role combines hands-on architectural leadership with responsibility for a distributed engineering organization of approximately 25 people. You will work at the intersection of backend engineering, distributed systems, fintech, and operational technology in a rapidly expanding global environment. Your work will directly improve data visibility, reliability, and operational discipline across multiple markets. You will also develop engineering leaders, establish scalable standards, and partner closely with business and operational stakeholders.
