Full job description
The role leads fuels-sector data collection, economic and market analysis, licensing input, pricing and competition assessments, market-monitoring frameworks and regulatory recommendations. Requirements & qualifications
A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, fuels-sector management or a related field is required; a relevant master's degree is an asset. Applicants need at least eight years' experience in fuels-market economic regulation, market analysis, fuels operations or a related field, together with demonstrated leadership and knowledge of economic regulation, cost-flow modelling, market frameworks and financial analysis.
