Full job description
The role develops and coordinates human-rights policy in the defence sector, supports complaint handling, works with national human-rights institutions and international mechanisms, coordinates human-rights education and anti-corruption activity, and leads related inspection and analytical work. The post is in the 14th pay grade with an official tariff of CZK 39,510–57,700, plus stated leadership and special allowances under the notice.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must satisfy Czech civil-service eligibility requirements, including Czech, EU or EEA-contracting-state citizenship, age 18 or older, full legal capacity, integrity, health fitness, a master's-level university degree and Czech-language competence where applicable. The notice also requires qualifying English, German or French language competence, eligibility for access to classified information at the SECRET level, and the leadership/service-experience conditions stated in the competition.
