Full job description

The department head integrates information management, data and security for the Individuals directorate. Responsibilities include translating strategic goals into information-management direction, portfolio and architecture choices, data management, privacy and integrated security, risk and accountability, coordination across operational chains and central directorates, and building the developing ID&S department into a mature, safe and results-oriented organization. The post is scale 15, 36 hours per week, with gross monthly salary listed at €6,819–€9,561.

Requirements & qualifications

The employer seeks a public leader with strategic relationship-building ability, people-centred leadership, experience with digital transformation and agile working, knowledge of information provision, data management and security, excellent communication skills, and demonstrable leadership at academic working/thinking level in a complex public execution and/or policy organization in a political-administrative environment. A certificate of conduct is required before appointment.
