This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Infrastructure and DevOps based in Switzerland. This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers highly scalable, distributed products. You will lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams responsible for the availability, reliability, scalability, and security of staging and production environments. The role combines strategic leadership with strong hands-on expertise across SRE, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code. You will establish engineering standards that reduce release risk, accelerate delivery, and strengthen operational resilience. A major focus will be building a high-performing, globally distributed team through hiring, coaching, technical guidance, and career development. This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure leader who thrives in a fast-growing technology environment and uses data to drive engineering decisions.
