Full job description
The role is responsible for Finnish hydropower business strategy and growth, customer relationships, delivery quality, contracts and agreements, full profit-and-loss accountability, team development, resource planning and recruitment, while participating in Nordic management and traveling within Finland and the Nordic region.
Requirements & qualifications
Senior leadership and business-development capability in energy or large technical projects, P&L ownership, understanding of Finland's energy or hydropower market, relevant post-secondary technical education, and ability to work in Finnish and English. Some Nordic travel is required.
