Full job description
The Head of Operations leads department heads and more than 50 employees, oversees production and supply-chain performance, budgets and costs, HSE and partner relationships with cooperatives, farmers, suppliers and authorities.
Requirements & qualifications
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Agri-food, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent; at least 8 years in industrial/agri-food operations and at least 5 years managing multidisciplinary teams; good French and English.
