SEED Madagascar is recruiting a Head of Programmes to provide senior oversight, technical guidance and people management across its community health, education, WASH, sustainable livelihoods and conservation portfolio.
Full job description
The post reviews programme plans, budgets, proposals and reports; oversees programme performance and development pipelines; manages international Programme Managers; supports monitoring, evaluation and learning; and coordinates with Malagasy department heads, donors and partners. It is initially six months with potential to extend.
Requirements & qualifications
At least a first degree or equivalent professional experience in international development or a related field, at least five years of programme-management experience in the Global South, at least three years of grant-writing experience and at least five years of line-management experience. Strong English is required; B2 French is highly desirable.
