Head of Rest of World Marketing – 12 month FTC

This is a leadership role within ‘Bupa Global’ – our International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver regional marketing strategies across Europe, Middle East and Asia
• Partner closely with regional leadership teams, sales teams and business partners to deliver customer-focused marketing plans.
• Manage multi-million-pound marketing budgets to align with commercial plans
• Own relationships with international media, creative, PR and events agencies to maximise marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
• Oversee regional communications, content and social media strategies
• Lead and develop a diverse international marketing team across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For

• Similar role (e.g. Head of Marketing) within Insurance / FS sector – essential
• International work experience (UK & UAE) - essential
• Significant expertise across brand, digital, demand generation, content and performance marketing.
• A strong track record of leading a high calibre international marketing team
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills (Exec level)
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and large-scale marketing programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic and innovative mindset.
