Head of Revenue Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations based in United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and lead a revenue operations function from the ground up within a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS environment. You will shape the strategy and execution across marketing, sales, customer, and partner operations, with direct visibility into company-wide growth initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to build processes, teams, systems, and operating rhythms from 0 to 1. You will be responsible for improving pipeline generation, forecasting, deal velocity, retention, partner contribution, and overall revenue performance. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships, you will create alignment across the full revenue lifecycle. The environment is highly autonomous, fast-paced, and ambiguity-friendly, with a strong emphasis on ownership, urgency, experimentation, and measurable outcomes. This role is particularly suited to a builder who enjoys creating scalable infrastructure while remaining close to the day-to-day execution.
