We're looking for a commercial operator to join as our Head of Storage who will sit at the sweet spot where sales, service and operations collide, and you'll own all three. This isn't just tracking whether Storage hits its number, you're the reason it does. From the first lead landing in HubSpot to the last box collected, you own the P&L, the team, and the systems that make it all run.

Your job is to build a Storage business that scales without falling over. You'll lead a team across sales and ops, turning a growing roster into a unit that owns its numbers, fixes its own problems, and doesn't need chasing.

What you'll own:

• The Full Funnel - You own the Storage P&L end to end: revenue, conversion, margin and debt recovery. Not just watching it. Moving it.

• The Commercial Machine - You drive lead-to-booking conversion, set the targets, and coach the team to hit them. Pricing trade-offs, pipeline health, booking quality — all yours to call.

• Service That Doesn't Buckle - Onboarding, redelivery, complaints, billing, collections. Every task has an owner, a cadence, an SLA and an escalation path, and you're the one who makes sure that's real, not just written down.

• A Team That Runs Itself - You recruit, coach and structure the team as it scales. You set the culture by living it. You're the final word when something can't be solved without you.

• The Data, Properly - You own the reporting hub. You don't wait for someone to explain a dashboard to you, you get in there yourself and find out what's actually going on.

How we measure success:

• Conversion: sustained lift in lead-to-booking conversion across the sales team.

• Growth: Storage revenue and margin against plan.

• Service: CSAT and SLA adherence on the ops side (reply + resolution within target).

• Recovery: debt collected / aged-debt reduction against target.

• Team: retention, ramp time for new hires, and a performance rhythm that runs without firefighting.

This role is for you if:

• You move between sales coaching, service delivery, escalations and reporting without losing pace and you lead with warmth and clarity.

• You're a Strategic Practitioner, you can build the process and then get on the floor and prove it works.

• You thrive on high stakes, aggressive targets and shifting priorities are your playground, not your stress test.

• You're understand how conversion, pricing, margin and debt recovery connect and you know exactly what levers move conversion, margin and CSAT, and you pull them daily.

• You lead with presence and ownership. You don't wait for permission to fix what's broken and you don't need to be chased.

This role isn't for you if you're looking for:

• A strategy-only seat with no hands-on-the-keyboard work. A tidy inheritance of perfect processes you can just maintain.

• A "wait and see" culture. We test, we learn, we move.

• A place to hide behind a dashboard instead of fixing the broken number underneath it.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading a combined sales-and-service operation with real commercial ownership in a high volume, phone based, customer facing role. Bonus points for experience with UK customers.

• A genuine commercial operator, comfortable owning a P&L and the trade-offs that come with it.

• A track record leading teams of 10+ across more than one function and coaching the managers, not just the frontline.

• Serious data fluency across CRM and support tooling (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk or similar), enough to spot a wrong number on sight.

• A passion for AI and hands on experience deploying AI tools not just using it on a personal level.

• Battle scars from scaling or fixing a team before, and the discipline to implement simplicity and things that stick so it doesn't fall apart when you're not in the room.

How we'll know you're the one:

• You can dissect the funnel in your sleep, when conversion drops, you don't say "more training," you know if it's speed-to-lead, a coaching gap, or a pricing confidence problem.

• You've got a rebuild story, you can tell us about the time you inherited something messy and made it hum.

• You don't need a map, you're comfortable that the playbook isn't finished yet, and you're the one who gets to write it.
