Join us as Head of Website to transform Qonto's primary growth engine across 8 European markets. You'll own the product vision, the roadmap, and the full conversion funnel — while building and developing a team of 7+ Website Product Managers — all under the guidance of Kim, our VP Marketing. ➡️ What you'll do Set the vision and own the roadmap: Define Qonto's website product strategy and domains - and own measurable growth outcomes with clear success metrics. Own conversion performance end-to-end: Be accountable for funnel health, conversion rates, and user experience across all 8 markets — and lead root-cause investigation and corrective action when performance drops. Design journeys that convert: Champion user-centric path design that meets different visitor intents and contexts, and drive the website's evolution toward conversational and AI-assisted interfaces as user behaviour evolves. Enhance the operating model: Design the squad setup, cross-functional interfaces, and prioritisation frameworks that let 7+ PMs and their feature teams, including developers and designers, move fast together. Cross-Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other marketing functions (paid, organic, CRM) to design and build end-to-end journeys and experiences Lead and develop your team: Coach 7+ Website PMs at different levels, raise the quality bar on product craft and experimentation, and build growth opportunities for high performers. ➡️ What we're looking for
