Health and Safety Engineer - 6 month contract (with ADNOC background)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join on a 6-month contract assignment in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to ADNOC projects and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Provide training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors on safety practices.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Monitor and enforce safe systems of work across all activities.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Proven Health & Safety experience, currently or previously with ADNOC.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Must be willing to work on 2 shifts.
• Based in Al Ain or willing to relocate.
• Candidate must have a valid own visa (mandatory).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 6 months (extendable subject to project needs).
