Full job description
The trainer designs and delivers competency-based heavy-duty mechanic training, develops instructional and assessment material, coaches learners, records learning results and provides technical support while meeting Tasiast safety and environmental standards.
Requirements & qualifications
Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 10 years of experience maintaining mining heavy equipment; French is required and Arabic and English are advantages; completion of an instructional-technology and course-development program is required. The role also has physical and mine-site safety requirements.
