Role Overview: We’re looking for an Help Desk Technician Intern to support our internal IT operations and help ensure our teams have the tools and systems they need to work efficiently and securely. This internship is ideal for someone interested in IT support, systems administration, or corporate IT operations and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world environment.
You’ll work closely with our IT Team, gaining exposure to user support, hardware/software management, and IT best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-line IT support for employees (hardware, software, access issues)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding (laptops, accounts, permissions)
- Troubleshoot basic network, device, and application issues
- Assist with running, labeling, and terminating network cabling as needed
- Support the installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of security camera systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff as needed
- Assist with special IT projects as needed
