Full job description
The two-year track develops future software business leaders through real operating responsibility. Depending on business unit, year one starts in sales or product management, followed by three 3–6 month rotations across product, business, software-development or international-project environments. Participants receive a senior mentor and take part in global, social-project and leadership summits. Hilti states that the assessment center is scheduled for 1–2 December 2026 at its Liechtenstein headquarters.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should be close to completing or have recently completed a master's degree. Hilti highlights construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, while also considering computer science or business with software elements and construction affinity. Candidates must be globally mobile, digitally and AI oriented, commercially minded, fluent in English and/or German, Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian, and have no more than three years of junior work experience. Non-EU/EFTA applicants must state work-eligibility status; Hilti says final employment cannot be guaranteed without a valid permit.
