Our partner is looking for a Hiring Retail Staffing Recruiter/Intern (Freshers Welcome) based in India. This remote opportunity is designed for professionals and aspiring recruiters who enjoy connecting people with the right career opportunities. You’ll support end-to-end recruitment for retail, sales, and other non-IT positions while working independently from home. The role involves sourcing candidates, evaluating profiles, conducting interviews, and helping move qualified applicants through the hiring process. You’ll work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver relevant candidate profiles quickly. It’s a flexible, performance-oriented environment where strong communication, organization, and follow-through are highly valued. The position can also provide hands-on exposure to recruitment practices for candidates beginning their careers. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements for retail, sales, and other non-IT positions. Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels. Review resumes and identify candidates whose skills and experience align with open positions. Conduct candidate interviews using appropriate screening and selection methods. Assess applicants based on their skills, experience, communication abilities, and overall suitability for the role. Maintain an efficient recruitment workflow and deliver qualified candidate profiles within agreed turnaround times. Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and support a smooth onboarding experience for successful applicants. Manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness. Requirements Experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role is preferred; the opportunity is also open to freshers interested in developing a career in recruitment. Hands-on experience with sales hiring and/or non-IT recruitment is an advantage. Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders. Good interpersonal and people-management skills. Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet recruitment deadlines in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred. A proactive, target-oriented approach and genuine interest in connecting candidates with suitable opportunities.
