The European Commission and Moldova's National Horizon Europe Office will run the camp on 21–23 September 2026 at ANCD, 180 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, Chișinău. The programme combines thematic briefings, practical exercises, group work, call/topic analysis, evaluator expectations, consortium building, work packages, Excellence/Impact/Implementation writing, budgeting, ethics, intellectual property, open science and WIDERA opportunities. The training language is English and registration is currently open.

Researchers, project and grant managers, representatives of universities and research organizations, and other professionals involved in preparing and developing Horizon Europe proposals.
