The Research Management Facility will establish tailored support for research-performing institutions in Widening countries that want to create or improve research-management capacity. Activities include needs assessment, training research managers, improving project offices, knowledge exchange and implementation planning. The Montenegro ministry reports one planned project with a EUR 7 million grant; the European Research Executive Agency lists the same EUR 7 million overall indicative budget.
