Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Hospitality Manager to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of managing successful operations. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's hospitality department, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality department, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services

- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue

- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service is provided at all times

- Manage and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the department

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the business

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus

- Must be female and currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
