This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Administrator based in India. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative international People team and support employees and managers across multiple countries. You will play a central role in keeping day-to-day HR operations organized, accurate, responsive, and compliant. The role covers the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, recruitment coordination, payroll support, benefits, and HR documentation. You will work closely with employees, managers, candidates, and People team colleagues while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The position offers valuable exposure to international HR processes, systems, compliance activities, and global People projects. It is well suited to an organized and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in global HR operations.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, documentation, and related administrative processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and ensure relevant documentation is properly managed. Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and other pre-employment activities. Provide first-line support to employees and managers, responding to HR queries promptly and directing more complex matters to the appropriate stakeholders. Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, leave management, and related HR processes. Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, records, and administrative documentation. Contribute to global HR projects, compliance initiatives, policy administration, and process-improvement activities. Monitor and manage People team inboxes, ensuring requests are appropriately prioritized, tracked, and resolved within expected timelines. Handle confidential employee and HR information with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Coordinate with colleagues across different countries and functions to ensure consistent and efficient HR administration. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, documentation, and employee support services. Maintain a high standard of accuracy and service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving international environment. Requirements: Around 3 years of professional experience in HR administration, HR operations, People operations, or a closely related field. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Practical experience working with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, managers, candidates, and colleagues. Experience managing multiple tasks, requests, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Comfortable handling confidential employee information and sensitive HR matters with discretion. Experience supporting an international workforce or working with global HR processes is an advantage. Good understanding of core HR administration processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, recruitment coordination, leave, benefits, and payroll support. Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and managers. Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of administrative responsibilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a geographically distributed People team. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new HR systems, processes, and policies. Comfortable working a schedule aligned with UK office hours, from approximately 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST . Benefits: Fully remote working arrangement from India. Full-time employment.
