We are currently seeking to recruit a HR Associate to join our Payroll team in Athens.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing and monitoring employee attendance and working time records through digital time-tracking systems
  • Submitting programs/changes and forms to public organizations like ERGANI II/SEPE
  • Monitoring compliance with the Digital Work Card (Digital Labor Card) framework and supporting its day-to-day administration
  • Handling personnel requests with great care

Candidate's Profile

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Methodical with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and service-focused mindset

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Personnel Administration
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERGANI II
  • Good understanding and practical experience in managing the Digital Work Card framework
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, SAP and ScanHRMS knowledge will be considered an asset
