This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Business Partner based in India. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and growth priorities. You’ll provide strategic HR expertise across performance, talent development, compensation, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The position combines hands-on employee relations support with longer-term workforce and succession planning. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and employees to strengthen collaboration, productivity, retention, and workplace relationships. The role offers significant autonomy within a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. You’ll help leaders navigate complex people challenges while developing scalable HR practices for rapidly growing teams. This is an opportunity to influence culture, leadership effectiveness, and organizational development across a dynamic international business.

Partner with business functions to develop and implement HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities and business goals. Provide strategic guidance across organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. Coach and advise managers on performance management, career development, employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and related people decisions. Build strong relationships with employees and leadership to improve workplace collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention. Manage complex employee relations matters and conduct thorough, objective investigations where required. Identify organizational and individual development needs, including training priorities and executive coaching opportunities. Consult with business leaders and drive improvements across people practices, processes, and team effectiveness. Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and the development of rapidly expanding teams. Support HR operations, including onboarding, performance evaluation processes, workforce data consolidation, and workload management. Partner with stakeholders to address evolving people challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions. Requirements 5–8 years of relevant HR experience across multiple disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, engagement, diversity, and building high-performance cultures. Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing strategic HR advice in complex or rapidly evolving environments. Knowledge of employment legislation across multiple European countries. Working knowledge of HR operations, including new-hire onboarding, performance evaluation, employee data management, and workload balancing. Strong stakeholder management skills with professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust across different levels of an organization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex people matters clearly and constructively. Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may evolve quickly. Experience supporting large departmental functions or complex organizational structures is highly desirable.
