Your Mission

Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Several years of HRBP experience in a strategic role.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.
- Conceptual and analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Business proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
