This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Expert based in United States. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to help shape sophisticated evaluation tasks for AI systems used in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. The role draws on senior-level expertise across workforce planning, performance management, compensation, compliance, and organizational development. You will translate real-world HR judgment into realistic scenarios, reference materials, and evaluation frameworks. Assignments are designed around the scale, complexity, and compliance requirements of major workforce programs. Experts with strong knowledge of US employment law or international frameworks are encouraged to contribute. This is an opportunity to apply practical HR leadership experience to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems.
