We are partnering with a well-established and growing healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi to identify an experienced HR Generalist who will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a dynamic clinical and non-clinical workforce.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, closely engaging with doctors and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations
- Handle employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit formalities
Policies & Compliance
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit readiness
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
- Support a positive and collaborative work culture across teams
Stakeholder Management (Clinical Focus)
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff on HR-related matters
- Support scheduling coordination, documentation, and general HR support for medical professionals
- Build strong working relationships with clinical teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 5–8 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
- Prior experience within the healthcare sector is mandatory (hospitals, clinics, medical centers)
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and employee engagement
Skills & Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
