Your Role
Location: Lyon, France Duration: 6 months Start Date : January 2027
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global investment firm, working closely with our teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content, etc)
- Supporting the ARCHIMED ACADEMY : content creation for trainings and onboarding; coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings organization, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates
- Helping prepare presentations and HR materials
- Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process)
- Ad hoc HR admin support to other HR functions
Requirements
Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field)
- Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements
- High attention to detail and rigor in execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment)
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), some knowledge on content creation is plus
