Our client is a leading hospitality firm based in Al Ain are looking to hire a HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring that staffing levels meet operational needs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee the performance management process, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing development opportunities.
- Design and deliver training programs that support employee growth and align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable.
- Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, engagement, and high performance.
- Provide HR support to department heads and management in all human resources matters.
- Manage employee records, HR systems, and reports to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and best HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with HR software and systems for managing employee records, performance, and payroll.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English [Written & Spoken is a MUST]
