Overview

About the roleWe are seeking an experienced HR, Senior Executive to join the team at AIT TW Worldwide Logistics Ltd. This full-time role is based in Taipei office and will play a key part in supporting the company's human resources and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Talent Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for Taiwan.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer management, and onboarding activities.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and transferred employees.

• Manage employer branding and recruitment campaigns through appropriate channels.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.

• Handle employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and practices.

• Support employee well-being and employee assistance initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.

• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.

• Support employee transfer activities, including documentation, system updates, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook documentation.

• Support internal and external audits as required.

• Coordinate with payroll providers and vendors to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related discipline.

• HR certification or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience

• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations in Taiwan.

• Experience supporting multinational organizations is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Taiwan Labor Standards Act and local employment regulations.

• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and compliance matters.

• Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.

• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Paylocity, etc.).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
