The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems, primarily UKG and related platforms. This role serves as the subject matter expert for HR technology, driving data integrity, system efficiency, reporting capabilities, and workflow automation. The Analyst partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, Security and business leaders to enhance HR processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support workforce planning initiatives. Essential Functions HR Systems Ownership & Configuration Serve as system owner for UKG, Greenhouse Onboarding and related HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality Manage system configuration, including business rules, workflows, and organizational structures Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and releases; act as primary point of contact for system changes Administer system security roles, permissions, and access controls Workflow & Process Optimization Design, build, and maintain HR workflows within HRSD, People Assist, and Document Manager. Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve operational efficiency Partner with People Ops team to transition transactional work into scalable system solutions Ensure alignment between HR processes and system capabilities Data Management & Governance Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Develop audit frameworks and monitor data quality across systems Troubleshoot data discrepancies and lead root cause analysis Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Act as primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system-related initiatives Reporting & Analytics Own HR reporting strategy, including dashboards, metrics, and analytics Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using UKG People Analytics and other tools Support workforce planning through org chart tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]. Qualifications and Competencies Strong understanding of HR systems architecture and data structures Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy Effective communication and stakeholder management skills S. Citizenship required. Education / Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field required HRIS or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred Experience 4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or related field Hands-on experience with multiple UKG Modules is required (UKG Pro, UKG WFM, UKG HRSD, etc).
