Hearst Television  has an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to serve as the assistant to the General Manager and assist other departments. You will provide support by performing multiple tasks that contribute to the daily operations of the department. You will manage appointments, screen calls, and handle electronic and written correspondence. You will report to the Office Manager. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager and the station management team with several responsibilities. Facilitate connections and communication between the General Manager and groups and organizations. Answer incoming calls, greet guests, and take messages. Maintain and order supplies. Help with travel arrangements. Coordinate station meetings and events. Requirements 1+ years of experience working in an office environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Team player. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location and market considerations. The anticipated base salary range for this role is: $62,000 — $66,000 USD
