Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled human resources specialist who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company’s policies and managing procedures. Our ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable, and willing to regularly contribute to making our company a better place to work. S/he should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable. We expect applicants to have a solid knowledge of various HR functions and administrative responsibilities. Job Responsibility:
- Support HRIS implementation and ongoing HR system administration, with a focus on Rippling
- Assist with system setup, data migration, process documentation, testing, and workflow improvement
- Support employee training programs, training materials, and learning platform administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with IT and information security
- Provide backup support for recruiting activities, including interview coordination, resume review, and candidate communication
- Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide flexible support across HR functions based on team and business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role
- Experience with Rippling or other HRIS platforms strongly preferred
- Experience with HRIS implementation, training administration, or process improvement is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple HR functions
- Experience in biotechnology/life sciences or HR technology is preferred
- HR certification is a plus
