This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner based in the United States. This role serves as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leaders across a defined group of business functions. You will translate business priorities and workforce needs into practical, thoughtful people strategies. The position combines hands-on HR execution with proactive coaching, employee relations, and organizational support. You’ll use workforce data and employee insights to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend action. The role offers meaningful autonomy within a collaborative, matrixed, remote-first environment. You’ll also contribute to talent, performance, compensation, organizational change, and broader People initiatives. Success requires sound judgment, strong business partnership, discretion, and confidence navigating ambiguity.
