This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HVAC/Duct Foreman based in the United States. This is a hands-on field leadership role overseeing ductwork operations across industrial and heavy commercial project sites. You’ll lead crews and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The role combines daily planning, crew coordination, field supervision, and communication with project leadership. You’ll help identify and eliminate potential hazards before work begins and reinforce a strong safety culture on every site. Success requires someone who can work independently, make sound decisions, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment. Because projects are located across multiple sites, this position requires a strong willingness to travel full time. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of field execution while contributing to complex mechanical and HVAC projects.
