About The Role
HVAC Installation Apprentice T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Geneva, NY Launch Your HVAC Career with T-Mark! Looking to build a career instead of just punching a clock? If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that has your back, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Whether you've worked in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another mechanical trade, we'll help you continue growing your skills while working alongside experienced professionals on residential HVAC installations. What You'll Do Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor comfort systems Load materials, prepare job sites, and keep projects organized Safely operate hand and power tools Learn installation best practices, equipment startup, and system testing Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes Continue building your technical knowledge through hands-on training every day What You Bring Previous HVAC installation or service experience preferred Experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, or another mechanical trade is a plus Valid driver's license Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation to and from our Geneva office each day Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions What You'll Get Competitive pay of $32,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience Paid, hands-on training with experienced HVAC professionals Clear career path with opportunities to advance Year-round, stable work with a growing company Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Company-provided training and development Supportive team that wants to see you succeed If you're ready to learn a valuable trade, work with a great team, and build a career with a company that invests in its people, apply today.
