We are a leading trading platform expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing team. We're looking for an experienced IAM Specialist to help keep access across our systems secure, efficient, and compliant. You'll sit where operations, security, and audit meet: tightening permissions, reducing risk, and supporting our access governance work. You'll work hands-on with tools like AWS, Okta, and Google Workspace, help extend our IAM practices into infrastructure and compliance, and use automation to replace manual access processes.
Manage access requests and permissions across various company systems. Conduct access reviews and analyze entitlements for excess or conflicts. Support external audits by collecting and documenting access-related evidence. Implement and maintain access management controls, including SoD matrix and Toxic Role Combination control. Collaborate with internal teams to implement access management requirements in line with security and compliance standards. Control and reduce redundancy in access rights provisioning.
4+ years of experience in information security, IT support, IAM roles. Understanding of RBAC/ABAC/SoD models, user provisioning, and access lifecycle processes. Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and handling access-related requests. Ability to analyze access data, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvements. Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking. Advanced level proficiency in English. Experience with access management in AWS IAM, Okta, Atlassian and Google Workspace. Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT Familiarity with access management controls for databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Linux systems. Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation or analysis tasks.
Experience of working in the fintech domain.
