Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Colombian university professionals, resident in Colombia or abroad, be older than 21 and younger than 65 at the closing date, have completed a master's degree, and hold definitive admission to the 2027 Doctorado en Política Pública. ICETEX states a minimum 4.0/5.0 master's academic average without rounding and at least 24 months of professional experience after the university degree. Foreign master's degrees must satisfy the stated Colombian registration/convalidation requirement. Existing ICETEX or administered-fund beneficiaries must not be in arrears at closing.
