Full job description
The volunteer will help design and implement digital systems for staff and students, including academic-performance tracking, a public website and an internal SharePoint platform. VSA funds and organizes international flights, visas, insurance, furnished accommodation, a modest monthly living allowance and utilities, with pre-departure training and in-country support.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand permanent residents to progress under VSA funding rules. The role seeks at least two years of experience designing and managing large databases, plus experience with web content, user training and practical IT systems. VSA's application form states in-country volunteers must be over 18 and under 75 for the duration of the assignment.
