Your Mission As our ICT Outsourcing Manager , you strengthen how lemon.markets manages and governs external technology services, outsourcing arrangements, and third-party risk in a regulated environment. Sitting at the intersection of Technology, Compliance, Operations, and partner governance, this role helps ensure that our provider landscape is transparent, well-documented, risk-based, and operationally under control. Over the next 6–12 months, your main focus will be to improve our third-party management process adding automation and AI supported assessments across external providers, tied agents, and intra-group outsourcing relationships.
