Potential assignments support IDB personnel with workplace hardware, software, connectivity, workstations, conferencing equipment, local IT infrastructure, service-provider coordination and operational documentation. The official posting closes on 20 September 2026.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have a BSc-level Computer Science background or equivalent professional experience, at least two years of IT-field experience including customer support, relevant workplace-technology knowledge, proficiency in English plus Spanish, French or Portuguese, and proficiency in AI/generative-AI technologies with awareness of responsible use.
