This role is responsible for  supporting  the successful  delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations. You will work closely with other Implementation Specialists and Senior Implementation Specialists to deliver against the plan developed by the project team, while serving as a key owner of high-quality project documentation.   What  You’ll  Do   Support project requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reporting, testing, and user training   Participate in the planning and execution of customer training   Configure the  AlayaCare  platform based on defined business requirements   Action risk and issue mitigation plans defined by Consultants and the Project Manager during implementation   Contribute to keeping projects on time and on budget through strong execution and follow-through   Focus on deliverables and customer business priorities throughout the implementation lifecycle   Produce clear, concise, and  accurate  documentation and communication   Partner closely with internal teams and customers to support successful launches for large and enterprise accounts in Canada   What You Bring to the Team   1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, project delivery, or implementation-related role   Demonstrated leadership and adaptability, with a willingness to take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems readily and voluntarily   Curiosity to question, research, clearly define problems, and work out innovative solutions   Strong problem-solving capabilities   Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines   Powerful communication and storytelling skills   Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and build strong relationships that lead to win-win solutions   Why Join  AlayaCare ?   Work With Purpose   At  AlayaCare ,  you’ll  help build technology that empowers care providers and improves outcomes for patients and families.
