This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Specialist (Fluxx) based in Canada. This is a client-facing technology consulting role focused on implementing and optimizing cloud-based grant management solutions. You’ll translate complex business processes and user needs into practical system configurations, integrations, and data solutions. Working across multiple client projects, you’ll collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, reliable technical implementations. You’ll configure workflows, forms, portals, dashboards, reports, communications, and integrations while keeping the end-user experience at the center. The role also offers opportunities to introduce practical AI use cases into grantmaking workflows and help organizations adopt emerging technologies responsibly. You’ll balance hands-on technical work with discovery sessions, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and ongoing client support.
