Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all import/export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, logistic agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including customs declarations, shipping documents, and other regulatory paperwork.
- Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with INCOTERMS and international trade standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays related to shipments, logistics, or customs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on shipment statuses and resolve queries.
- Manage budgets and negotiate rates with logistics providers to optimize costs.
- Monitor and analyze logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Requirements:

Residency: Based in Dubai (for UAE region candidates only).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Import/Export Manager in the UAE is mandatory.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Language: Professional-level proficiency in English (native or near-native).

Knowledge:

Familiarity with INCOTERMS and international trade laws.

Strong understanding of customs clearance processes and regulations in the UAE.
