The scholarship covers full tuition, a RM2,500 monthly stipend for three years, student services fee and qualifying visa-related fees. For the January 2027 intake, the official deadline is 30 September 2026 for international applicants and 10 January 2027 for Malaysian applicants. Eligibility requirements
Applicants must hold an INCEIF full-time PhD offer, have outstanding academic merit and publications with at least a 3.50 master’s CGPA or equivalent, receive no other scholarship, show potential to finish on time and be able to work as a Graduate Academic Assistant.
