Full job description

The consultancy supports UNICEF's Data Governance Framework through maturity assessment, data-accountability roles, key-data-asset work, data-quality guidance, an AI-readiness assessment tool, governance toolkits, capability models, stakeholder engagement and organizational adoption. The assignment is home-based/remote and the consultant is expected to be available during Central European working hours.

Requirements & qualifications

Applicants need an advanced university degree in data science, information management, computer science, information systems, data governance, statistics, public policy with a strong data component, or a related field, plus at least seven years of progressively responsible relevant experience. UNICEF also asks for experience in data governance/data management, data accountability, data quality, metadata/cataloguing or related disciplines, stakeholder facilitation and organizational change; fluency in English is required.
