Full job description
Lead industrial relations, collective bargaining and dispute resolution; manage community engagement; support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll inputs and benefits; maintain local HR policies; and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with a master's degree or relevant certification preferred; at least 10 years of HR experience focused on industrial relations and community engagement; and strong knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining. French and English proficiency is required. Successful candidates must already satisfy local employment, work-permit and residency rules.
