Job Summary Plans and directs all onsite activities for one IWP customer (including multiple sites for the customer) in relation to the dewatering and thermal drying of industrial sludges and the recovery of reclaimable commodities. Follows WM established EH&S policies and procedures and applicable federal, state & local regulations. Manages and plans activities of onsite personnel including multiple shifts for 24/7 operations and events. Acts as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues, scheduling, and contract management. Maintains pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Schedules and coordinates personnel, equipment and subcontractors for event and long-term dewatering and thermal drying projects as directed by the IWP Senior Project Site Manager. Consults with appropriate IWP leaders and clients to identify and implement dewatering optimization plans. Works in conjunction with IWP
