Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager based in Spain. As an Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager, you’ll help shape creator and talent strategies for major brands across Germany and wider European markets. You’ll take campaigns from the initial creative idea through talent sourcing, engagement, production, and delivery of high-quality assets. Working at the intersection of creators, culture, social media, strategy, and creative production, you’ll turn brand briefs into relevant and authentic campaigns. You’ll manage key accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect cultural signals with impactful content and business results. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management, requiring strong creative judgment alongside operational and commercial discipline. You’ll help evolve creator marketing from an executional service into a strategic growth partner for clients and their brands.
