Informatica Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Informatica Developer based in the United States. This is an opportunity to support critical financial technology systems within a mission-focused environment. The role focuses on developing and deploying business intelligence applications across multiple environments. You will design and optimize ETL pipelines that power data warehouses, reporting, and analytics solutions. The position combines Informatica development with advanced Oracle database engineering and performance tuning. You will collaborate in an Agile setting while addressing data, integration, security, and application challenges. The role also contributes to enterprise planning integrations and secure, compliant technology operations. This position is well suited to an experienced data integration professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems.

Design, develop, and optimize robust ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter to support business-facing data warehouses, BI semantic layers, and reporting environments. Develop and maintain complex Oracle database solutions using SQL and PL/SQL, including performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies for high-volume data processing. Align Informatica data integration targets with SAP and other enterprise data platforms to support reliable analytics and reporting. Develop and deploy business intelligence application software across development, testing, pre-production/integration, and production environments. Support Agile development practices, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, technical planning, and delivery coordination. Extract data from and load data into enterprise performance management and budgeting platforms such as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or comparable solutions. Review Interface Control Documents (ICDs), implement required changes, and address data integration requirements. Resolve security findings and implement required security hardening, including STIG-related remediation. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and application services, contributing to reliable and efficient production operations. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to investigate data-related issues, communicate solutions, and support continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. U.S. citizenship is required. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and enterprise data integration. 5+ years of advanced Oracle database development experience, including SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, complex query optimization, and indexing. Experience with Oracle APEX or a comparable low-code platform for user interface and data maintenance. Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle HTTP Server, including installation, configuration, and patching. Experience tuning ETL workflows, database queries, and reporting or analytics solutions. Knowledge of monitoring and alerting practices for data pipelines and application services. Familiarity with Agile development environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or similar platforms. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve complex data and integration issues. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders. Experience working with security, compliance, and enterprise technology standards is valuable, particularly in regulated or mission-critical environments. Benefits Competitive compensation.
